The Graph Call

Idea: We're setting up more formal collaborations with mission aligned organizations and that we want graph to be one of these partners.

Goals:

Revenue model: protocol fees and rewards Indexer numbers are the lowest vs delegators and curators. Interesting to tackle this. “the growth of indexers is critical to scaling the network and thus requires a more detailed analysis.”

• Migrate to mainnet to become fully decentralized
• deployment of streaming fast
• A lot of efforts to improve Indexers experience

Ideas of Collaboration:

• Co-Marketing
  • Big blog announcing seed blog, The Graph hasn’t given more attention to that part. It’s something they want to do more.
  • Want to bring protocol upgrades into Radicle
  • What’s the best way to communicate to our community
  • Thought pieces on why its; important to be decentralized.

Org Structure

• Landscape: Foundation (overseeing community treasury), and graph council (approve budgets, etc) -> spinning up sub-daos
• Syndicate DAO: Launched community focus DAO, working on Grants
• Subgraph DAO - for dev-rel: still exploring this, it’s not live (I think)
  • Their first DAO - was a moloch DAO
• END GOAL: To create a Larger, overarching DAO to overview these SUBDAOS.
