Hi 👋🏾 . This pack is is just an overview of the key things you need to know as a committee member. The EGF committee is made up of core team, community, and ecosystem members that have expertise in growth. Committee members also come from a fairly diverse set of experiences, which we believe are important lens to have when working to pursue growth of the Radicle ecosystem.

Responsibilities

April 2022

• Contribute to initial Strategy
• One on one meeting with committee lead (Nassar)
• Committee wide meeting.

April - September 2022

• Review initiatives
• sign multisig transactions to both vote and send funds

September 2022

• Contribute to final review document
• One on one meeting with committee lead to feedback
• Committee wide meeting to reflect and agree next steps

Committee compensation

Non-radicle core members will be compensated with $2000 per month in RAD for their position on the committee.

How will the conversion be made at the end of each month?

This will be paid out in RAD, with the conversion being made based on the average spot price in the last 7 days of each month. The payment will be made at the end of each month. For example, if the average spot price were $10:1RAD at the end of the month, then each committee member would receive 200RAD for the month.

When and how will payments be made?

At the end of each month the RAD tokens will be sent from the EGF multisig to individual addresses. these transactions will need to be signed by 3 committee members.
