High level outcomes: Attract and onboard talented engineers to join our mission:

1. Attract experienced engineers to come learn about our R&D topics in order to be able to productively contribute to driving our mission.
2. Guide participants on how they can productively contribute to the radicle ecosystem via core teams, grants, or DAO proposals (building products, building protocols or educating the market).
3. Develop materials that can take motivated engineers from zero knowledge to a solid understanding of our three areas of research and development.
