High level outcomes: Attract and onboard talented engineers to join our mission:
- Attract experienced engineers to come learn about our R&D topics in order to be able to productively contribute to driving our mission.
- Guide participants on how they can productively contribute to the radicle ecosystem via core teams, grants, or DAO proposals (building products, building protocols or educating the market).
- Develop materials that can take motivated engineers from zero knowledge to a solid understanding of our three areas of research and development.
