V.3 after Andrews feedback

Andrews feedback:

1) I would remove the sentence "If you decide not to do it, it's alright, those funds will go back to OP". In this version of Drips, this isn't how it will work -- if the recipient doesn't claim the funds they will remain waiting there for them forever. So I think it's okay to simply not mention what happens to unclaimed funds in this message.

(2) Based on the above, I would also simplify that paragraph to:

Once you are ready, you’ll need to create a Drips profile in order to withdraw those funds. You can do this using the following link, or by visiting drips.network directly and claiming your project there.

(3) "Optimism" and "OP" should be a variable, like the other variables, X, Y, etc. that you have in the template.

(4) The introductory sentence and other parts of the message will probably need to be be different and more project-focused sometimes in cases where the account you are sending to is an account for the project itself rather than for a specific maintainer (e.g. a Twitter account like "@fossprojectX", or where you're creating a Github issue). In that case rather than addressing a specific maintainer you will be addressing the project as a whole. The best thing is probably to have two separate templates -- one where the recipient is a specific maintainer and another where the recipient is the project.

(5) I would replace "I'm a part of Drips, a FOSS project whose goal...." with "I'm a contributor to Drips, a new public goods funding solution whose

Maintainer: Hi X, noticed you are a maintainer for [project_name]. I'm a contributor to Drips, a new public goods funding solution whose goal is to help other FOSS project financially thrive via a streaming and splitting protocol.

Project: Hi @fossprojectX. We appreciate the work, you’v all been doing. I'm a contributor to Drips, a new public goods funding solution whose goal is to help other FOSS project financially thrive via a streaming and splitting protocol.

[Optimism] is using the Drips protocol to stream $ to their most critical dependencies. They shortlisted [project_name] as one of their top dependencies. This entitles your project to $X funds, $Y were already sent to github.com/project_name account.

In order to claim, we need to prove you are one of the owners of this GH account. We suggest you to familiarize with Drips, and it’s claim process (don’t worry we wont ask for any data from you). Here are some articles and links that can help you do that.
