Strategy & Execution
- How do we set our strategy for the year?
- How do we prioritize work and decide what’s in-scope? How does our team make the “final call” when it comes to prioritization?
- How do we set goals/objectives? With what level of granularity and what sort of timeline (e.g. set every three months for the next three months)?
Budget
- How do we create a budget? What cadence makes the most sense for us (e.g. annual, quarterly etc…)?
- How is the budget managed, is someone responsible?
- What fees will be incurred by third parties services (e.g. AccountAble, Gusto, WorkDAO, Skyline Digital)? Will these fees be included in Core Team budgets, or should they be reimbursed at an Org-wide level?
Feedback & Team Health
- What tools or platforms do we use for internal communication? Do we meet regularly, if yes, then with what cadence?
- What does our contributor onboarding look like?
- How do we discuss individual progress and performance of contributors? How do we make decisions as to whether a team member’s contributions are working out?
