Mentor Role Outline
Objective
Recruit mentors who:
- understand web3;
- have experience as a web3 developer themselves or has worked in web3 projects;
- have a specific industry expertise;
- are willing to offer their services at agreed rate.
Process
To recruit the above mentors, the team will:
- identify such mentors based on LinkedIn, referrals, and through meetings at other events;
- send them information (brochure/website) of the programme, role description, and the application form;
- invite potential mentors for an interview with at least 2 team members;
- send any additional follow-up questions; and
- review decisions as a panel and either invite to join or decline.
Documents
To support the above process, the following documents are needed:
- Cold approach email for potential mentors identified on LinkedIn or otherwise
- Warm approach email for potential mentors
- Brochure of the programme
