Mentor Role Outline

Objective

Recruit mentors who:

  1. understand web3;
  2. have experience as a web3 developer themselves or has worked in web3 projects;
  3. have a specific industry expertise;
  4. are willing to offer their services at agreed rate.

Process

To recruit the above mentors, the team will:

  1. identify such mentors based on LinkedIn, referrals, and through meetings at other events;
  2. send them information (brochure/website) of the programme, role description, and the application form;
  3. invite potential mentors for an interview with at least 2 team members;
  4. send any additional follow-up questions; and
  5. review decisions as a panel and either invite to join or decline.

Documents

To support the above process, the following documents are needed:

  1. Cold approach email for potential mentors identified on LinkedIn or otherwise
  2. Warm approach email for potential mentors
  3. Brochure of the programme
